Each inspection type varies in length, the size of the home plays a large part. Home Inspections can take anywhere from 1.5 hours to 4 hours depending on a number of factors. Wind Mitigation Inspections only take about 20 to 40 minutes. Four Point Inspections can take anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour. Roof Certification and Drone Inspections take approx. 25 minutes to 45 minutes.

Home Inspections start at $300 and move up with each additional 1,000 sq. ft. Wind Mitigation Inspections are $90. Four Point Inspections are $125. Roof Certification and Drone Inspections start at $90. A wind mitigation and four point inspection combined together only costs $175.
