During the inspection we look at all aspects of the home to determine what condition each of its features are in. We will then provide you with an accurate and unbiased assessment of the property. Education and experience is our best tool and it is our duty to relay that information to you the client, in a clear and detailed way so that you may make an informed decision.
Full Color Report
The report is made up of 13 to 15 sections, including kitchen, bathrooms, heat/AC, electrical, roof, exterior areas and more. Within these sections there are over 200 individual items which we evaluate thoroughly. Items found in poor condition are photographed and documented with comments at the end of the report.

Our home inspection process starts with a two to four hour visit to the home you are interested in buying or selling. During this time we look at all aspects of the home to determine what condition each of its features are in. If you are present during the inspection we can walk you through and point out any major findings and answer any questions you may have.
