We hope that every home we inspect meets seven out of seven of the Uniform Inspection Form OIR-B1-1802 categories. For those that don’t we encourage the homeowners to upgrade their homes so they can be safer, stronger and save more money on their homeowners insurance.

These upgrades should always be performed by a licensed contractor. Some of them range from simple small projects, to larger quite difficult renovations. If you have recently had your roof replaced the company doing it must strengthen your roof to meet the 2010 Florida Building Code.

If you would like a follow up inspection performed after you have met requirements that you did not meet on your initial inspection, call us! We charge less than the initial inspection fee because we have already seen the property and have documentation from the previous inspection.
